Police Investigating Theft Of Vancouver Man's U-haul

(Kent, WA)  --  Police in Washington are investigating, following the theft of a U-haul trailer containing a number of rare, expensive guitar amplifiers.  Authorities say the theft, which was caught on surveillance video around 6 a.m. yesterday, happened quickly in the parking lot of the Comfort Inn motel in Kent.  Kevin Strickland of Vancouver, who was renting the trailer, says the Kendrick amplifiers were to be auctioned off to raise money to support his father-in-law, who's suffering from Alzheimer's.  Police say they're looking for a red pickup truck that was used to tow the stolen trailer, which was found abandoned and empty in Burien, Washington.
