(St. Helens, OR) -- A teenager is facing formal charges after he was accused of bringing an explosive device to St. Helens High School Friday. The 16-year-old, whose name hasn't been released, is charged with possession and manufacture of a destructive device. Police say they've identified a second suspect, who was involved with creating the device. After the school was evacuated Friday, bomb-squad personnel removed the device from the 16-year-old's locker and rendered it safe.
