(Portland, OR)  --  A man who's accused of holding up at least two teens at knife-point in Southeast Portland is under indictment.  A Multnomah County grand jury has handed up the charges against 18-year-old Mulugeta Clarke, who's facing eight counts of robbery and two counts of kidnapping.  Police say Clarke robbed a 15-year-old boy of his phone, wallet, and iPad on January 17th, then pulled a knife on the victim when he demanded the items back.  Clarke is also accused of pulling a knife on another teenager and kidnapping him earlier this month.
