(Portland, OR) -- Police are releasing the identity of a man accused of a carjacking at a Burgerville drive-thru in southeast Portland. Police say 25-year-old Robin Sanford Bay approached the victim's car in the drive-thru at the restaurant on Southeast 12th Avenue at Hawthorne Street Tuesday morning.
