(Portland, OR)  --  A man is in custody after being accused of a murder that happened 18 years ago.  Forty-eight-year-old Danny Conner is being charged in the murder of 24-year-old Darren Ezell.  Ezell was killed in December of 1995 at an apartment on Southeast Ramona Street.  Conner was arrested by Portland Cold Case Homicide Unit detectives and booked into the Multnomah County Jail.
