(Baltimore, MD)  --  The Orioles are giving first-round draft pick Adley Rutschman a record bonus.  Multiple reports say the two sides have agreed to a deal worth 8.1-million-dollars, a new record for draft bonuses.  The 21-year-old catcher played at Oregon State.  Rutschman, a graduate of Sherwood High School, is the second Oregonian tabbed as the first overall selection in the MLB Draft.
