(Sherwood, OR) -- A 22-year-old Sherwood man faces 10 counts of encouraging child sex abuse, after police say he was caught uploading explicit photos involving children. The investigation into Kodiac Bergeron began in February, with multiple tips to the state's Internet Crimes Against Children task force. A Washington County Judge issued a secret indictment and Bergeron was arrested last week.
