Flock Cameras Vandalized

(Grants Pass, OR) -- The Josephine County Sheriff's Office is canceling its contract with Flock. The company makes automated license plate reading cameras. Vandals recently damaged the 10 Flock cameras in the county. There have also been public concerns over the potential infringement of Fourth Amendment rights. Officials say that while the technology has been beneficial in solving crime, it's clear the county is not willing to accept its use. While the cameras are now off, it's unclear when Flock will remove the equipment.
