(Portland, OR) -- The West Coast Health Alliance is recommending people follow the 2026 Recommended Child and Adolescent Immunization Schedule issued by the American Academy of Pediatrics and not the President's executive order on immunizations. They say it uses evidence-based vaccine guidance. The group also recommends pregnant people follow a similar schedule from the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. The West Coast Health Alliance includes health officials from Washington, Oregon, California and Hawaii.
