(Portland, OR) -- The Southwest Community Center pool in Portland will close for two months for critical repairs. The Portland Parks and Recreation repairs will be made to leaks in the roof and corrosion of its support columns. The closure will begin on September fifth and reopen sometime in November. This means pool activities such as swimming lessons won't take place during the closure.
