(Portland, OR) -- Portland Police are asking for tips to help identify a suspect in the fatal shooting of two people at a boat ramp in 2024. Officers responded to a shooting at the Gleason Memorial Boat Ramp on the Columbia River Saturday, July 13th where they found 18-year-old J'Meire Asher, of Portland, and 38-year-old Deangelo Augustus, of Salem, dead from gunshot wounds. Anyone with information about the shooting should contact Portland Police Homicide detectives.
