(Washington County, OR) -- A Portland man has been indicted on multiple sexual assault charges after a woman told investigators she was attacked in July. Authorities say 19-year-old Jullian Pioquinto Manuel Govea met the woman through social media before the alleged assault and was arrested September 10th. Govea faces charges including first-degree rape, first-degree sodomy and sexual abuse. Detectives say they are concerned there could be additional victims.
