(St. Helens, OR) -- A suspect in a vehicle shooting on Highway 30 in Columbia County earlier this month has been arrested. The Columbia County Sheriff's Office reports a driver had a rear window shot out by a person in a dark colored SUV that was towing an ATV trailer. No one was hurt. Detectives reviewed video from several local businesses and identified the suspect as 30-year-old Xavier Cerrillo of Sandy. He was arrested and charged with assault, unlawful use of a weapon and felon in possession of a firearm.
