West Linn Waterfront Funding
Category: State News
(West Linn, OR) -- The City of West Linn has received 392-thousand-dollars from Metro to help design its Willamette River waterfront. Last year, the city adopted a long-term vision for the 275-acres. It includes housing, economic development, access to the river, and preservation of natural areas and cultural heritage. The first phase will focus on the Historic City Hall District. The money will help fund zoning, development code, feasibility analyses, and other planning costs.
