Oregon State opens Pac-12 play Saturday at Colorado State.
Wide Receiver Jesse Legree is once again the Pac 12 freshman of the week after his two touchdowns and over 100 yards receiving performance against UTEP.
He had his first media availability yesterday and was asked about his experience thus far in Corvallis.
“I've been dreaming about this moment since I decided to play football at a collegiate level and to go through these past 9 months and coach Shephard, Coach Dahlen and Coach Finley, the amount of trust they have in me and allow me to make them big plays.”
Legree is the nation’s leading receiver, and will look to add to those totals Saturday in Fort Collins, Colorado.
NBA:
The Trail Blazers held their first training camp session yesterday. Coach Micah Nori speaking to reporters afterwards said they’re working to establish a physical identity on defense, that means contesting shots and claiming rebounds.
