Oregon ICE Lawsuit

(Portland, OR) -- A federal judge in Oregon has ruled Immigrations and Customs Enforcement agents repeatedly make arrests without a warrant. It's in violation of a previous order banning agents from making those arrests. The judge also found that two agents lied in arrest reports when they claimed they had a warrant to detain a person, when they did not. The judge issued a new ruling that requires Homeland Security to disclose documents and body-camera video of civil immigration arrests in the state to the Innovation Law Lab, which brought the lawsuit.

It's Election Day

Voters will be deciding several key races, including the race for governor. Democratic incumbent Governor Tina Kotek is going up against Republican challenger Christine Drazan.
