(Portland, OR) -- A man who works for the U.S. Postal Service is facing multiple felony charges after being accused of stealing more than ten-thousand pieces of mail from across Portland. Thirty-two-year-old John Paul Osburn has pleaded not guilty to 114 counts of felony mail theft and 30 counts of identity theft, among other charges. Prosecutors say Osburn kept the stolen mail in a storage unit on Southeast Division.
